Vestry
Officers of the Vestry are composed of two Wardens, a Clerk, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. The Rector is Chairman ex-officio and presides at all meetings of the Vestry. The members and officers of the Vestry are elected at the annual Parish meeting from the members of the Parish who are eligible to vote. The Wardens, Clerk, Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer all hold office for one year. Non-officer members of the Vestry are elected to serve for three years. The following is a list of current Vestry members, as elected at St. Mary’s Annual Parish Meeting in January 2012 along with minutes of vestry meetings:
